it just wont last. Everything does not last. even how sweet it is at the very first start. how happy you were. how many things youve been thru. everything doesnt seems to matter. there is no everlasting or happily ever after like what most people hope for. Welcome to the human world....

True love does not exist. I hate to admit this. But it's true. will there ever be some1 protecting you all the time? think of you? miss u? love u as much or anything else in this world?goes a thousand miles for you? all this question, i throw it back to myself. NO. i myself cant do that, so that expect in return.

What is there in life for me?Until now i cant find my path. I do not know what i want in life.
What to live for. i thought i found it at first. but when days comes by. i realize its another pain in my life. Another pinch of salt has been addded to the wound.

work my ass off. that's what ive been doing. beside that, i really wish to sleep and not to wake up anymore. im tired. im so fucking tired of life.fucking tired of everything.
I cant solve the problem. i just wish i dissappeared. that i wont remember anything or will be remember by anyone. i just wanna let go of everything,
im really so damn tired. inside out.gosh.

Went to lunch at four season. Nice restaurant. Hope to bring my ah pek there one day.

Its 3:56 am now and im still awake =) Preparing to watch Madagascar 1 to cheer myself up.
Just had a lil chat with my dearie cous. the one who always has been there. I thanked you for your patience,time and advice given to me.
Again i was lost track. Perhaps i am too tired or too worried. I was happy to be home until i got scolded again. that sucks. then i felt dissapointed on the plan....and i was worrying bout things that had been happening around me. i guess i Think too much think too much.....

Relieved.

Yea, that's the word. Felt so good when you pour it all to the big mouth guy. He just ate it all up - my big mouth guy =) I was awake since an hour ago. Couldnt sleep as yesterday's incident haunt me.

It's about grandma. I never allow anyone to torture, scold, humiliate, or make my grandma felt sad. Especially outsiders. This time i lost. I stood there, helpless and see the unkind lady does it.

It's a long story which i do not wish to pen it down. Overall, my grandma does not deserve all this. Let's just try to endure another month. If everything is fine tommorrow, then we will not have to leave straight away & wasted $1K. Dear God, please, let grandma be safe & happy. *prays*

I had a long chat with sai ko a ee today. It's such a coincidence that she drop by today. We talked so much. Work, life & what i would want to know the most, my childhood moments. I have to say, i do not rememeber most of my childhood happy moments. All i had was a nightmare till now. Never anyone mentioned about it to me. I think Im like the Monkey God. 'Sek tau pao chut lei' =P. Ok. Enough of all this emo emo things. Let's move on.

It is 4AM in the morning, i'm planning to go for Mcd breakfast =) Usually i will be snoring or preparing to sleep at this hour. I did not regret sleeping at 9PM on Saturday.

Oh ya =) I just found out that i do not have to apply leave for my coming Trip =) Yippie. Taiwan on 26th Aug to 2nd Sep. I'm allowed to carry forward the balance exception leave to Aug. This means i have 3 off days in Aug. Then in Sep another 2 days of exception leave, which bring a total of 5 days off without applying for annual leave! Seronoknya aku!

Gotta go stuff some food to my stomach now. Adios!

Yes, i did. It all happen so sudden. I thought today will be a non-hectic day, who knows everything went upside down. shame shame i cried =,( worked till 10PM today. very the-cham.

Last minute catch up dinner with aL & ced with the big mouth guy. So happy he came to fetch me =) went straight home after that. Felicia invites me to her birthday dinner on Monday =) So fast another year d. Plan to get a doggie bear for her.

Weekend plan- ON. Visiting my former school with aL. Inviting choo, mich, anu and...not sure who else...

Sleepless night i had.
Finally, i force myself to make a decision. Exactly like half a year ago, i tried and i failed.
Guess i'm not a person that like changes. Or what is the thing that is holding me back?
I hope my decision does not offend anyone. I would like to thanked for those who helped me.

Lunch together with Mich, Emily, Shu Qi, aL & yin. Got to say its been long we didn't get together. Planning to gather seluruh kampung to visit our high school this weekend. It's been long since i went back there. I wonder how its gonna be. Gonna invite Anu =)

Expected.
Busy like a bee today. Didn't manage to execute work per plan. Luckily, my dearie 'si fu' is always there to help me out =) Could not have done it without her guidance.

Early morning suprise: Presents from my neighbour. A pair of hair ribbons. Gosh. I am shocked & touch. She remembers things i've mentioned to her. =,) Thank you so much!
Later in the evening, another touchy thing happened. My 'si fu' tapao-ed food for me from our dept meeting which ive missed. She knew i had not taken my lunch.She brought the food so far away from auditorium, up the stairs, for me. So touch & almost cried. Luckily only 1 person knew- my neighbour. She asked me, 'what happened to you? Your face turn so red'?
hehehehe *blush blush* For all the things they've done for me. I trully appreciate it. It is a tough time for us now, still we or should i say they take care of me..together to go through the bad times.

Minutes after that, i received called from some1 whom i do not wish to say out -the name.
Rather than feeling happy, i felt troubled. I tought it was the past.
They came back to me with a shocking news which i find it hard to accept & decide.

Anyway, i went dinner with -the big mouth guy, ced & aL. Due to some miscommunication, kesian big mouth guy went to my office to fetch me. Sorry =P
Had dinner at hamna. The tomyam is very the keat. slurps~! As usual we chat for a little while and headed home. Felt tired and undecided all the way home.....

p/s - I am still waiting for the wise-man to give me some advice. Guess, i have the answer myself. Just want a confirmation. I believe i can live through this!!! Rwar!!!

1.04am- received reply from the wise-man. Hmmmm...speechless. i guess i need some sleep.Good9 =)

Tired.

It's been long we have not spend time together. Three of us, metz, choo & 1.
We went to Larry. Choo had a 45 minutes haircut .RM24. During the 45 mins, metz and i spend time updating each other about ppl's life & progress. teeheeee =P

Metz, choo & i then pay a visit to my GM. She was having a leg massage. So enjoy there.
After visiting, we went to Gurney for a stroll. Metz wanted to get a photo album but failed to get one. End up buying lotsa food in cold storage. Met up with aL, Ced & JJ. Together we go for dinner in town-Koey ziap. I guess we stay there for almost 1 n half hour then chatting, sharing our experiences. I will not forget metz & choo's expressions that night!

I Had fun, hope they are too =)

It's been long since i last update my blog. well, here i am today, blogging on Monday-non working today. Teeheee =P
My plan for today is to go saloon and shopping with choo & metz. Wish toki is here too. SO that she can make sure we are on time. Guess today likely to be window shopping than shopping spree. !!!!!
I need to earn more $$$ to prepare for Taiwan trip in Sep.
Cant wait for it! Will be travelling with Bra, cnee, Choo, and mah san's friends. Gosh most of them are reckless spender. (haha wtf. what a phrase!) Must save more $$$ so that i wont regret not buying those things i like.

aL n ced is paying a visit to a Tarrot Card Master in Pulau Tikus. Hmmm...i cant wait to hear their side of stories =P I am thinking to join them IF metz is ready by now. hahaha.

Sien can die. I dare not log in to company's network. i can imagine tonnes of emails pending my reply. Im trying hard not to let work load occupy my precious holidays. It's unfair when i cant claim for OT. Jangan Bodoh, i'm telling myself.

Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong was a prominent wealthy Malaysian Chinese businessman.He was able to turned his idea from a unexpllored hilltop on the outskirts of Malaysia's capital city, Kuala Lumpur, into one of the world's most successful casino resorts.(www.genting.com.my) He created what is now Malaysia's eighth-largest listed company, with interests in gaming, hotels and cruise lines from the U.K. to Hong Kong.

Recently in December 2006, his company Genting beat rivals to win the project to develop a high-end gaming and entertainment resort on the Singaporean island of Sentosa even though it was the lowest bid $3.4 billion on the table. Plans for the resort include a Universal Studios theme park and a maritime museum. The group began 2007 by breaking into the Macau gaming market through a joint venture deal with the territory's gaming king, Stanley Ho.

Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong was born in 1918 in Anxi, a mountainous county in southeastern Fujian province, China. He is the 5th child in his family. His dad is Lim Shi Quan and his mother Goh Ban. He has an elder brother, three elder sisters, a younger sister and a younger brother. He was named after the parasol tree, considered auspicious among Chinese, by his maternal grandfather, who hoped the name would bring him good fortune.

Tan Sri was born into a rustic environment in a village, during that time, China was in a period of turmoil and unrest after the Xinhai Revolution, but life was relatively sheltered for Lim in the village. He grew up peacefully and had the opportunity of studying in school. However, disaster struck and his father passed away when he was 16. Tan Sri was forced to leave school and being the oldest son, he had to take over the heavy burden of feeding his family.

He started out selling vegetable seeds in China, migrated from China's Fujian province in 1937 at the age of 19 with only a small suitcase and US$175. During the Japanese occupation of Malaya from 1941 to 1945, Tan Sri survived on vegetable farming and petty trading, before switching to dealing in hardware and scrap metal trading, on which he started to build his fortune. End of World War II, Lim benefited from the post-war reconstruction. He bought used machinery tendered after public projects were completed and sold them at higher prices.

Tan Sri, who didn't speak English and had no knowledge of engineering, also ventured into mining and construction. His experience ``and a little layman common sense'' helped him succeed, he wrote in his autobiography. He built Malaysia's only licensed casino, risking his life and facing bankruptcy along the way.

The idea of a hill resort was chanced upon by Tan Sri amidst the crisp air of Cameron Highlands in 1964. He was then working on a hydro-electric power project at the popular hill resort, patronised mostly by British colonials seeking cool refuge from the tropical heat, when he foresaw a prosperous Malaysia of the future desiring a cool mountain holiday resort within the reach of all Malaysians.

In his biography, Tan Sri wrote that the Genting project basically fitted his idea of an ideal business.There is noone was interested in it, which meant no competition. He took the plunge against all odds and held on steadfastly.

The tycoon spent seven years developing Genting, laying a road and building a hotel on a 1,800-meter (5,900-foot) hill outside the city. Failing to lure others to join, Tan Sri invested all his money in the project without getting any returns in the seven years it took to build.

During construction, he almost lost his life at least six times from falling trees, driving mishaps and a landslide. To date, Genting Highlands Resort has five hotels and two apartment blocks at the hilltop and Awana Genting Highlands Golf and Country Resort. Genting, which means ``atop the clouds'' in Mandarin, is a complex of hotels, themed casinos, amusement parks, shops and restaurants. The resort attracts more than 18 million visitors a year.

The company, founded in 1965, has since expanded and diversified from its initial hotel and resort activities to plantations, properties, paper manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, electronic commerce and information technology development under Genting Group.

The Genting group is constructing Singapore's second gaming resort and includes Resorts World Bhd., which operates the casino in Malaysia. The combined stock market value of the assets, including interests in oil palm plantations and property, surpasses $22 billion, according to the company.

``Besides being a tremendous individual achievement, Tan Sri's success in developing Genting Highlands from virgin jungle into a world-class resort reflects Malaysia's economic progress in the last four decades,'' former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said in his foreword to the tycoon's biography. ``Even without the advantages of higher education, he has proven that nothing is impossible.''

The tycoon had won many awards together with his company Genting Group for his entrepreneurship and his contribution, among them were:

Tan Sri had set up Yayasan Lim, a family foundation that donates regularly to educational and medical institutions, old folk's homes, various organisations for the physically handicapped and other charitable causes.

Besides Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong wrote his autobiography "My Story - Lim Goh Tong" and it was published in 2004. In the book he wrote about his early life, how he started off with nothing to building a world-class casino resort through hard work and perseverance confounding skeptics, and the people he acknowledges.

His contribution to Malaysia will always be remembered by all of us. Let us give ourselves a moment of silence as a prayer to Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong....

this is a very kind uncle. he got down from his bus to direct the traffic when two buses got stuck in the road trying to pass this street. banyak BENG uncle!!

a skillful driver is needed to handle such situation. im very dissapointed with those drivers who parked by the roadside. dahlah the road is so narrow, they still insist to parked there. from this analysis, i concluded that they are barbarians with otak kosong called BUAKAI ;p

for those out there who drives, please dont be like them.

A Japanese manga series originally written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. The series primarily centers around a high school student who decides to rid the world of evil with the help of a supernatural notebook that kills anyone whose name is written in it.

Death Note first began as a manga series first serialized by Shueisha in Weekly Shonen Jump from the first issue in December 2003 to May 2006, with 108 chapters in total. The series has been published in its entirety in 12 graphic novels in Japan. Death Note was eventually licensed for North American publication by VIZ Media, and the first English language volume was released on October 4, 2005.The series has been adapted into a pair of live-action films (released in Japan on June 17, 2006 and November 3, 2006 respectively), and an anime series which commenced airing in Japan on October 3, 2006. A novelization of the series, written by light novelist Nisio Isin, was released in Japan on August 1, 2006.

Light Yagami is a brilliant, but bored, high school student who resents the crime and corruption in the world. His life undergoes a drastic change when he discovers a mysterious notebook, known as the "Death Note", lying on the ground in the year 2003. The Death Note's instructions claim that, if a human's name is written within it, that person shall die. Light is initially skeptical of the Death Note's authenticity, believing it is just a prank. However, after experimenting with it and killing two criminals, Light is forced to admit the Death Note is real. After meeting with the true owner of the Death Note, a Shinigami named Ryuk, Light seeks to become "the God of the new world" by passing his judgment on criminals.

Soon, the number of inexplicable deaths of reported criminals catches the attention of the International Police Organization and a mysterious detective known only as "L". Main characters
Light Yagami

Light Yagami (Kira) (夜神月, Yagami Raito?) Voiced by: Mamoru Miyano (where possible the voice actors of the anime series have been credited).

The main character of Death Note, Light is a brilliant but bored 17-year old student. When he finds the Death Note dropped in the human world by Ryuk, a Shinigami, he decides to use it to kill all criminals, his ultimate goal being to cleanse the world of evil to create a utopia and to be the God of this new world.

L (エル, Eru?) Voiced by: Kappei Yamaguchi

L is the world's top-rated detective, tasked with tracking down and arresting Kira, and Light's nemesis. His disheveled appearance masks his great powers of deduction and insight. L has many quirks, such as sitting in an odd manner and snacking on sweets in the middle of meetings. He often takes drastic strategies to confuse and force his opponents, and on several occasions he has willingly disclosed several of his weaknesses to Kira at the risk of his own life in the hopes that he would lure him into a trap.

Misa Amane (Kira No. 2) (弥海砂, Amane Misa?) Voiced by: Aya Hirano

A girl with an immense crush on Kira. She is a famous model, and tends to wear Punk Lolita clothing. She is immature and has a tendency to refer to herself in the third person (calling herself "Misa-Misa") in an attempt to be cute. Misa is totally devoted to Light, and she once said that she loved him "at first sight". Light, however, only views her as an asset to his plans because of her Death Note and her "Shinigami Eyes" (that she obtained at the cost of half of her remaining life span). These "Shinigami Eyes" give Misa the ability to know people's names by looking at their faces, thereby giving Kira an edge in his battle against his enemies. Misa read in the newspapers that the murderer of her family was punished by Kira, explaining her total devotion to him, regardless of whether she thinks of his actions as good or evil.

Mello (メロ, Mero?)

Mello was an orphan who grew up with Near in Watari's shelter for gifted children. He was also a primary candidate to become L's successor. Similar to L's fondness for sweets, he is often seen eating bars of chocolate. Contrary to Near, Mello, although quite intelligent, often lets his emotions get the better of him.

Near (ニア, Nia?)

Like Mello, Near was one of the candidates to become L's successor. He too shares a similarity to L: much like L played with things such as sugar cubes and forks, Near is seen playing with toys and his hair throughout the series. He offered to join forces with Mello to fight Kira. When Mello turned down his offer, he gained the support of the US government and formed the Secret Provision for Kira (SPK).

Shinigami (The Death Gods)

Shinigami, or their formal name Death Gods, are demon-like characters who live in the Shinigami Realm. To increase their life-span, the Shinigami write the names of humans in their Death Notes. However, because of the fact that the Shinigami realm is incredibly dull, this act is usually laughed at, and thus done in privacy. Shinigami cannot be killed by physical methods, such as stabbing or shooting, but must follow a strict set of rules if they want to live.

Ryuk (リューク, Ryūku?) Voiced by: Shidou Nakamura

The original Shinigami who dropped the Death Note in the human world, which Light would pick up. Acting out of pure boredom, Ryuk begins the story of Death Note on a whim. Perhaps neutral by nature, Ryuk often refuses to aid Light and instead enjoys watching him struggle for his goal. The most important facet of Ryuk's character is that he is not Light's friend. He acts for his own interests and entertainment and often fails to tell Light key details about the Death Note.

Rem (レム, Remu?)

The female Shinigami who first gives Misa her Death Note and "eyes." Similar to Ryuk, Rem possesses two Death Notes; however, she purposely gives a Death Note to Misa Amane. Rem inherited her second Death Note from Jealous and thought it only right to pass it on to Misa. Oddly enough, Rem inherits Jealous' love for Misa as well and is prompt to defend Misa even at the cost of her life.

Jealous (ジェラス, Jerasu?) Voiced by: Ken'ichi Matsuyama

Jealous only appears in a flashback during volume 4 when Rem explains a method to kill a Shinigami. In the flashback, Rem recalls Jealous watching over a younger Misa Amane in the human world. Surprised by his concern, Rem eventually looks over his shoulder and witnesses what should have been Misa Amane's last moments on Earth. Apparently infatuated with Misa, Jealous used his Death note to kill Misa's destined murderer. Moments later, Jealous himself turns to a pile of sand and rust as punishment for extending a human life. Jealous' name is commonly misspelled as "Gelus," which is what Jealous' name was romanized to until Death Note: How to Read 13 revealed the official spelling as Jealous.

Shidoh

Shidoh is a Shinigami that came to the human world to retrieve the Death Note that Ryuk stole from him. After discovering his Death Note was in the hands of Mello, he reveals himself to Mello and informs him of its secrets. Known amongst the Shinigami for his utter stupidity, Shidoh proves himself true to his reputation.

Armonia Jastin Beyondllemason (Jastin the Jewel Skeleton)

Though only appearing for a brief segment in Volume 8, Jastin provides Shidoh with several scrolls describing the various rules that Shinigami have for interacting with humans. He also informs Shidoh that his Death Note was indeed stolen by the Shinigami Ryuk. Shidoh uses the information to guide his interactions with Mello in the human world.

Investigation team

A group of Japanese police officers, led by Soichiro Yagami, tracking down Kira alongside L.

Soichiro Yagami (夜神総一郎, Yagami Sōichirō?) Voiced by: Naoya Uchida

Light's father and leader of the investigation team, dedicated and determined to arrest Kira at any cost. He cares a lot for his family. It was mentioned in the Death Note volume 13 that Soichiro was the only character who truly represented justice.

Tota Matsuda (松田桃太, Matsuda Tōta?) Voiced by: Ryo Naito

The most outspoken member in the investigation team. Although most of the Investigation Team are adamant that what Kira is doing is wrong, Matsuda wavers on the fence, often speaking his mind without thinking - questioning if what Kira is doing is in fact right. He's also the most easily fooled by Light, who he trusts with absolute certainty.

Kanzo Mogi (模木完造, Mogi Kanzō?) Voiced by: Kazuya Nakai

Mogi is one of the most dedicated members of the investigation team. He remains mostly silent. This silence was marked when he refused to answer Near's questions about the Japanese Investigative Team, even when he was clearly affected by the theories that Near was presenting to him. He collects data quickly and efficiently for the team, and is also shown to be an excellent actor, showing an excitement and cheeriness completely opposite of his usual demeanor.

Shuichi Aizawa (相沢周市, Aizawa Shūichi?) Voiced by: Keiji Fujiwara

Aizawa chose to leave the investigation team and remain in the police force, when L offered the investigation team members the choice of quitting and returning to the life of a normal police officer. He continued assisting the investigation team as a member of the Japanese police force after he left.

Watari (Quillsh Wammy) (ワタリ, Watari?) Voiced by: Kiyoshi Kobayashi

L's assistant. He acts as logistics to the investigation team. He founded "The Wammy's House" an orphan shelter for gifted young children such as L, Mello, and Near. Also, as evidenced during the police chase at the end of volume six, he is an experienced sniper.
Hideki Ide & Hirokazu Ukita are the members of the investigation team too. However, Ukita is killed by the second kira in Volume 4.

Other characters

Sachiko Yagami (夜神幸子, Yagami Sachiko?) Voiced by: Ai Satou

Light's mother and Soichiro's wife. She plays a minor role in the storyline, unaware of Light's possession of the Death Note.

Sayu Yagami (夜神粧裕, Yagami Sayu?) Voiced by: Haruka Kudo

Light's younger sister. She plays a minor role in the main storyline, unaware of Light's possession of the Death Note. She is captured at one point by Mello, who uses her as leverage to get possession of the Death Note.

Raye Penber (レイ・ペンバー, Rei Penbā?) Voiced by: Hideo Ishikawa

Raye Penber is a member of an FBI team sent to Japan to investigate the Kira killings. Light devises an ingenious plan that forces Penber to unsuspectingly kill the rest of his team right before he dies.
In the movies, his name is changed to Raye Iwamatsu (レイ・イワマツ, Rei Iwamatsu?).

Naomi Misora (南空ナオミ, Misora Naomi?) Voiced by: Naoko Matsui

A former FBI agent. Engaged to Raye Penber. She was the first character to realize that Kira can kill in other ways than a heart attack. Upon the death of her fiancé she sets off on an investigation of her own to discover Kira's identity. Despite her minimal role in the manga and anime, she is a more important character in the first movie, becoming Light's second-greatest antagonist (L being the greatest).

Kyosuke Higuchi (Yotsuba's Kira, Third Kira)

(The head of technological development in the Yotsuba group, Higuchi is the third Kira to appear. Higuchi is given the Death Note by Rem after she is told by Light to find a corrupt and power-hungry man. He uses the Death Note to increase his own power.

Teru Mikami (Fourth Kira)
Mikami gains possession of the Death Note from Light. Under the belief that Kira is a god, he continues to kill criminals while Light is being watched to drive off suspicions. Mikami has the same concept of justice as Light.

Death Note
A Death Note is a book held by a Shinigami which has the power to kill people if certain conditions are met. All Death Notes follow a long set of specific rules, and the writer revealed a few of these rules with each volume of the manga in Japan.

Rules of the Death Note

Written rules
Before the series began, Ryuk wrote some of them in English inside his Death Note, because he believed that English is the most widely used language in the world. The rules written by Ryuk are the following:

The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
This note will not take effect unless the writer has the subject's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.

If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject's name, it will happen.

If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.

After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

Also, each volume of the manga has a page containing new rules or possible uses for the Death Note. In the anime series, each eyecatch contains a different rule written in English and Japanese on it, similar to how they were revealed in the Japanese manga.

False rules

In addition to these original rules, Light persuaded Ryuk to add a set of fake rules to mislead L and company.

If the owner of the Death Note does not kill within 13 days of the last entry, he or she will die.

If the Death Note is burnt, destroyed, or otherwise damaged in any way, all those who have touched that Death Note will die.

blueberry cake i bought for my elder sista..recommended by my 2cd sis..yeah..she is 26 years OLd already :> happy birthday sis!!! haha
